The schedule for season 2 of POG Series is finally here! Check out the updated schedule below!

In season one of POG Series, formerly BOD Series, the series had an eleven race schedule with ten points paying races, and then the all star. For season two, POG Series will expand to seventeen total races! Fifteen points paying races and two exhibition races, one at the start of season and one at the midpoint of the season.

The season will start off at a new venue, Eight Bowl. This figure 8 styled Superspeedway will be home to the opening race of season 2 with the Siemens Clash. The first points paying race of the season will see POG Series return to Martinsville, which was the season opener for season one. The Redbubble 125 from Martinsville Speedway will be round one of fifteen round season. After Martinsville, the series will return to Homestead for the Great Value 100 for round two. Round three will feature a new venue at Sonoma Raceway. Sonoma raceway will be home to the first road course of the season and the Real Heroes 25 from Sears Point. Round four will be a return to Daytona International Speedway for the Gatorade Duel 125. Round five will be a home town visit for the season one champion, Jordan Tiegs, as the series takes a ride through the cornfields of Iowa Speedway for the Cornfield Classic Presented by Jordan Tiegs Designs. Round six will see the series visit the lone star state for the Bowser's Fury 100 from Texas Motor Speedway. Round seven will make driver of the #24, Balto, happy as the series will return to Watkins Glen for the Lets Paint a Winner 55 Presented by PPG Paint. At the midpoint of the season, the series will have it's second All-Star race. Last season the All-Star took place on the dirt, this season the series will be heading to the Dodge Motordrome for the Camping World All-Star Derby. Details about who is locked into the All-Star and the All-Star format will be released at a later date. The last half of the season will start off with a return to Talladega Superspeedway with the Red Bull 100 for round eight of the season. Round nine will see the series returning to Darlington Raceway for the Hooters Southern 100. This one once again be the throwback race for POG Series. Auto Club will be joining the schedule for Season 2, but not the traditional Fontana circuit. Round ten will be the all new Auto Club Short Track for the Big Bank Exotic's 100. After Auto Club, the series will take a trip to another new venue in Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Delivering Victories 100 Presented by UPS. Round twelve will be another new venue, the third in a row, with the spectacular Armory Digital Superspeedway, a superspeedway with a dogleg! This race will be the Sanpellegrino 100. The season one finale will now serve as round thirteen with the Irwin Tools Night Race from Bristol Motor Speedway. The penultimate race for season two will be a new venue with round fourteen from Canadian Tire Motorsports Park with the GSL 115.

The POG Series season two finale will take place at Charlotte Motor Speedway with the POG Crown's A Champion 150! The drivers and POG Series officials felt that Charlotte in season one put up a fun, entertaining race that was also very competitive and drivers could make moves and really fight for a win. So with that and support from fans, the season finale was moved to the heart of NASCAR in Concord, North Carolina! Well that is the schedule for season two! POG Series is looking forward to a fun season two and hopes to see everyone enjoy the season and we can't wait to see how all the new drivers do along with returning drivers and the defending champion, Jordan. Before the season starts, there will be a Preseason Thunder event where drivers will take to Daytona International Speedway for a test session and the commentators will go over all the changes for season two and talk about what you can look forward to in season two of POG Series. -Capn
